At Snusaro, we strive to provide the highest quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you need to return a product, please read our policy below.

Right of Withdrawal

According to Swedish law, online purchases normally include a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, due to the hygienic nature of our products, the following applies:

  • Unopened and sealed products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of:

  • Opened cans or products with broken seals.

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Items that are no longer in a resalable condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the product and packaging.

  • A short description of the issue.

We will review your case as quickly as possible. If your claim is approved, we will provide either a replacement product or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, the refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds are normally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a fee for return shipping and handling may be deducted from your refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address when placing an order.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the cost of reshipping may be charged before the order is sent again.
